The different options of this session
The Supercardio + AMRAP 5-5-5 session can be adapted according to your abilities or your training tastes by modifying certain variables. These are the possible settings:
1- At first you will have to choose one of the two versions (with or without weight).
2- Subsequently, you must select the duration of your session (in the example proposed on the sheet, this indicates a maximum time of 5 minutes to complete the largest number of rounds). You can increase the stopwatch to 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or even 20 minutes to increase the intensity of your session.
3- The number of repetitions to perform is also modifiable. Increasing the repetitions will increase the level of difficulty of the session at the same time. You can go from 5 to 10 or 15 repetitions for each movement.
4- Finally, you have the option of substituting one or more movements for exercises of your choice.
1-You must make as many rounds as you can in 5 minutes (or change the time, depending on your level)
2-To complete a round, you must perform 5 repetitions of each of the 3 selected movements.
3-You can increase the level of difficulty by increasing the time (for example: 10 minutes) or even, the number of repetitions (for example: 10 repetitions).
As mentioned above, You can adapt this session according to your level. Remember that for this type of training you can take as many breaks as you want (listen to your body). On the other hand, the goal is to complete the most rounds in a given time. Enter your result to check your progress on the next try!
As in all sessions, you must first warm up to prepare yourself physically.
